About this Project
OBJECTIVE
This project aimed to provide validation services and qualification for the client.
SERVICES
PSC Biotech provided Validation services for various packaging components such as Cartoner, Wrapper, Case Packing, Conveyor systems with some of the key deliverables as stated below:
- Functional Requirement Specification (FRS/FDS)
- Installation and Operational Qualification (IOQ) or CD
- Preparing Execution/Exceptions Report
- Trace Matrix (TM)
- Developing/modifying relevant SOPs / Forms
PSC Biotech also provided project management services throughout the project to plan the execution approach to the whole project.
Project Success
This project was completed successfully. PSC Biotech met business requirements, delivered results
on schedule and within budget.
