Following the commencement of PSC Biotech™ in Asia in 2007, PSC Biotech™ in Europe was initialized in 2011 and became operational in 2012. I was fortunate enough to materialize the vision of our CEO, John Clapham, to expand into Europe as PSC’s President for the European division.
PSC Biotech™ in Europe provides a full range of support to life science companies, just as we do in the United States and Asia, from professional services, to software and equipment. Our professional services division is comprised of specialized life science consultants who work under the guidance of top-notch life science experts. Our software division specializes in audit management and a one-of-a-kind eQMS system that can be tailored to fit the needs of any company. Over the last four years, we have successfully launched entities within Ireland, the United Kingdom, and the United Nations to properly serve our clients in Europe as needed. Alongside our engineers, we’ve been fortunate to be able to round out our offices with recruiters and administration staff at a 99.6% retention rate to date. We believe our uniqueness lies within our strategy of employing for traits and training for skill.
At PSC Biotech™ in Europe specifically, we pride ourselves on the quality of our work and those who perform this work, which makes us distinctive to any other consultancy company. The proof lies within our engineers who come from all over the world, which is made possible by my training as a Visa and Immigration Specialist, one of only 3 available in Ireland who is fully trained in all areas of global mobilization including bi-lingual and cultural training. It is vital to me to employ the very best, and gaining this specialization to enable ourselves to do so has been nothing short of an honor. The employees of PSC Biotech™ in Europe are comprised of, but not limited to, nationalities from Brazil, India, Russia, Estonia, USA, Romania, and Poland.
During 2019, we plan to expand our business with the opening of offices in India and Australia to continue the supply and demand of our services, wherever our partners may need them.
