Lori is a seasoned leader with over 32 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing operations, and packaging organizations at Abbott and AbbVie. She has a proven track record of successfully managing large capital projects, establishing and standardizing global engineering standards and procedures, and implementing paperless and other key engineering technology solutions across the global network. She has also led several initiatives to improve operational excellence, quality, compliance, safety, and sustainability. Lori has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a member of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE).
