A former colleague wrote “I worked in the same department as Crystal for several years at Eisai, in different work groups. We worked very closely on a technical transfer with a manufacturing site in Japan, and then again on a separate project in an earlier stage of development. I found Crystal to be an excellent scientist with great attention to detail who excels at communication. Crystal is extremely knowledgeable about microbiology methods, tech transfer, and validation.” (Regina Madalena).

Crystal provides microbiology, environmental control, and quality assurance consulting and training for PSC clients. She also travels to guide and conduct customer audits, both domestically and internationally. Crystal is also a Public Speaker and Trainer, creating and teaching courses in microbiology, including aseptic training.
